Words From Our President:
When we as a people endeavor to build something great, something Holy and divine, something pleasing unto the Creator of the heavens and the earth, we are in fact building the Kingdom of God.  So many people are espousing this and if they are acting within these guidelines they indeed are doing just that ! Africa House International is building something great.  With emphasis on educational programing, artistic development and environmental stewardship we feel confident that our service to the community will grow to reach its mark - encompass the globe.  Africa House strives daily to enlighten and enliven the proud African spirit latent within God’s chosen children with all of its natural, rhythmic, mind expanding cultural activities.  Each time Africa House reaches out and touches someone’s heart it doing God's work.  BUT this is just the beginning and we need each of you to travel with us on this journey.  In fact my term as president has ended and we looking for a strong person to move Africa House forward.  Come grow with us.

Peace and Love, Hotep, Shalom

Words from the  Executive Director:                Hope for the Future

AfricaHouse International Learning Center has evolved into a USCC Community  Education &  Resource Center with  goals to not only relocate  to  a  larger facility  in  2012  but  to  create community Education  @  Resource  Centers  in  various   locations  in villages throughout Africa.  We will provide education throughout  a  life  span which means participants  can  attend  at  any age including expectant mothers and  seniors who  want  to  learn  English  or  any  foreign language  to  improve  and  develop  literacy skills.  Our  centers  will  offer alternatives for home schoolers and anyone interested in a new educational system. Image a complete new educational system based on an African Centered Psychology. What would that look like? We project that our doors will overflow with people looking for a fresh new prospective and philosophy developed by indigenous African and African centered scholars, historians, healers and educators from all over the world.

Anyone interested in a challenging opportunity to grow holistically should contact us by e-mail  at africahouse@sbcglobal.net or uscc07@gmail.com. Spiritual, professional and personal growth will transpire for all who join us in the challenge to build the first USA center here in the Cleveland area. This center will be the template for other centers slated to come on board. The journey toward our goals will definitely be an educational healing experience.

As a graduate from Cleveland State University from a program out of their psychology department, Diversity Management, this prospective helps me think outside the box.
As I re-think and revisit the many years of mis-education I encountered in public schools, I am delighted to embark on the challenge to re-educate myself and others in our all new USCC Community Education and Resource Centers.
